Loosely based on William Morris’ designs of the Arts and Crafts period, this floorcloth is stunning.The background is Monterey White with a wash of Sussex Green applied. The center motif is stamped, using Sussex Green, giving a sparse application and a really nice texture. The border is painted, stamped and stenciled using shades of Sussex Green, Tudor Brown, Essex Green, Monterey White and Black.
Shown as a 9′ X 12′ oblong octagon. Price $4320. Expect 8 to 10 weeks for delivery as this piece is very time-consuming to create.
